We provide one-stop land and air body transportation services, including local death certificate processing, consulate and body export procedures, body embalming and burial, and airport transportation. All procedures are meticulously managed by our team.

Notice on Export of Remains

To export remains, please present the following documents:

Export Permit issued by the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department
Death Certificate issued by the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department
Embalming Certificate and Export Documents
Import Documents issued by the consulate in Hong Kong at the destination (if necessary)
Contact Information of the funeral home at the destination
Documents Required by the Airline

The documents listed above can be obtained from the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department’s office located at Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices or 18/F, Wu Chung House, Wan Chai.

Notice for Importing Human Remains

To import human remains, please present the following documents:

Import Permit for Human Remains issued by the Port Health Office of the Department of Health
Death certificate, Embalming Certificate and Export Document issued by the local authorities where the deceased passed away
Flight information provided by the airline

Notice on Export of Cremated Ashes

To export cremated ashes, please present the following documents:

Export Certificate for Ashes issued by the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department
Death Certificate issued by the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department
Export Document
Import Document issued by the consulate in Hong Kong at the destination (if necessary)
Contact Information of the destination
Documents Required by the Airline

If the ashes are transported back to the Mainland by land, only the Export Certificate for Ashes is required. For more details, please contact the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department.

The documents listed above can be obtained at the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department’s cemetery crematorium office in Hung Hom or Happy Valley.
